Description
Dichotomous, trichotomous, quadritochomous… polytomichous. Polytomy is a form of cristation, an apex divided in 2, 3, 4 … or in a lot of smaller apexes. It is very unusual to see such a Strombocactus. Some of these plants are very nice sculptures one different from another. There are also plants that show the classical line cristation and polytomy at the same time.
