Description
'Madame Pele' is one of the most popular and appreciated Echinopsis cultivars, it is the result of more than 20 years of devoted work by cacti enthusiast and hybridiser Bob Schick. (ISI 99-13; HBG 82625, Schick 881-33). Mr. Schick named this plant after "Madame Pele" the Hawaiian Volcano and Fire Goddess. The flower is very impressive and it is not easy to reproduce the radiance and vividness of colours in a photography.
