Rebutia canacruzensisSN|4416]]SN|4492]] is one of the morphological or geographical form of the very variable Rebutia pygmaeaSN|4492]]SN|4416]], distinguished by its pale shell-pink flower with deeper pink throat. It stay solitary or forms small groups. The original description included the following information

3.5cm long, 2.5 cm wide, pale shell-pink with a deeper pink throat fading to almost white on sunny days. Petals with an obscure, darker, narrow midstripe.
